1. Donations

• No Refund Policy: Donations made to मां सरस्वती जन सेवा ट्रस्ट are voluntary contributions to support our mission and are non-refundable.
• Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may only be considered in cases of technical errors, such as duplicate transactions. The request must be submitted within 7 working days from the transaction date.

2. Event Participation Fees

• If you register for any event organized by the trust and are unable to attend:
  • Cancellation by Participant: No refunds will be provided unless specified otherwise in the event terms.
  • Event Cancellation by the Trust: If an event is canceled or rescheduled, participants will be informed, and the registration fee may be refunded or adjusted for future events.

3. Process for Refunds

• Eligibility: Refund requests must include proof of the transaction, such as a payment receipt or transaction ID.
• Submission of Request: Refund requests can be sent to maasarswatijansewatrust@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after making a donation.
• Inability to attend an event without prior notification.
• Misuse of the payment method or incomplete transactions.

5. Payment Errors

• Refunds for such errors will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

6. Accountability

The funds received are utilized for charitable purposes in line with our mission to support the elderly, provide education, and help the underprivileged. We ensure transparency and accountability in our fund allocation.
